The whole staff is extremely supportive and cooperative.. it was a great experience working with all of them.

Dislikes

They must have a kind of special recruitments for their volunteers, with the extraordinary performance, if possible.

I feel I was in a hell,and feel so much suffocated, there was no respect ,they treat you like you are non living. Don't care about your self esteem and feelings, destroy you as much as they can .They give me worse moment of my life

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
