No holiday no rest you have work in shift wise, officers have rest holiday they have all right to take leave and roaming one country to another country . hierarchical in commercial department makes its a corrupt department on Indian railways. Every step you find a seniors who are not listening it's employees welfare seniors know how to snub these employees. Here compassionate ground recruitment is more prevalent than meritocracy recruitment. Everyway it's snubs meritorious staff and made him dependent on railways job he have no way to leave it. Juniors are getting very low as officers got 5 to 20 fold salary of juniors but there work is very poor even cbs, CMI/CCI even write a letter to officers just copy it forward it the officers. Seniors only know how to exploit this junior employee by not giving proper rest leave holiday leave etc...Read More
