The only thing I liked is travelling to extensive parts of the hinterland and getting to know the real grass root India and made some great colleagues who will later on to remain as true friends for life.

The company has a terrible work culture with Zero Empathy for its employee. The place is filled with bootlickers and YesMen all around with no real place to showcase your talent and get in acknowledged by any of the senior leadership members. Horrible work culture. No timings and you have to work even on Sundays and public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .
