Nothing as such, a hypocrite organisation. I think only good side is working some very motivated people.

Dislikes

The biggest dislike is also working with the most sadist people that you can find on the planet. I once was working under a person who would find pleasure shouting, throwing things, finding out mistakes in others rather than actual work that he was suppose to. Then he would also find audacity to call post working hours and show thathe is trying to apologise but would actually never do. The worst individual I have ever met. His history goes that no one has been able to work under him for more than 06 months in his 36 yr long career and I spent around 18 months with that Lunatic. More so, Navy actually promoted that kind of behaviour to rank of Rear Admiral, real shame....Read More
