Dislikes

Not a good work place for engineers. Surrounded all around by fighter pilots only busy in lobbying and politics against engineers. Respect and salary is not comparable to the work loads and responsibilities that too when compared with the peers of flying/ admin branches. Overall much PAIN and no GAIN for engineers.

Hectic schedule for engineers with thankless activities. Wherever possible engineer is blamed and fixed for any mishap occurring around the workplace.
