IMFA is an ISO 9001, 2008 std company, very good copration in working . It follow strictly safety and environment guide lines.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, bit money growth is evrage. Some time work pressure is so high during breakdown period. But all department staffs are very coprative.

Work Details

We are shift electrical engineer, so we have to look all breakdowns and its PA @ QA. Safety is always higher end at work area.

The company is open to innovation. The company is always ready to implement the latest standards for improving quality, maintaining environment, health, safety and social accountability. Very good work environment.

The work pressure is high. I have to work 10 to 12 hrs in a day. Placing of me in the critical position in crucial situation.
