There is no proper infrastructure......there is no benefits for women especially there is no maternity leave .......thus is horrible...if we take maternity leave it goes under loss of pay

Very worst company. My suggestion is don't join in this company. They will treat like animals only 2 sat's leave they will give. But they will tell to come all sat but giving less pay. And salary also too delay and they will not give appraisals on time we have to wait for a long time finally they will disappoint tis year your performance is not good we see next appraisal

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
