Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Management ia very poor here. They will treat as if you are in boarding school. The manager here should learn how to manage things. If management is improved here than i guess people would really love working here.

There is not job security, and no life in future.

It is not supportive organization, during the covid19 lockdown,the organization did not give any single financial support and they did not release my March and April month's salary yet now.

There is no future growth path, they think to emloyee as labour and they don't give appraisal, bonus and leave encashment, either they don't give leaves to employees
