My overall experience working in Kolkata office is not at all satisfactory. Office atmosphere is not right,there is no proper guidance from the Sales head...continuous misbehavior, use of abusive words is a common practice there.Office is located far from the city,communications is a big problem there. Indian Express is a great place to learn and nurture talent. Working under the leadership of Mr. George Varghese has opened new horizons. He has created and nurtured young talent and created internal opportunities. I have seen a major shift in the organizational culture since Mr. George becoming the CEO of the company.
