it very helpful teammates half yearly training career growth travel , learning work environment and very innovation and work and life balance

compensation is decent, but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work 8-10 hours straight ina day as i have to attend clinen calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Mangers do not value an individulas unique strenghts which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. i have to take back my suggestions most of the times .

Team mates are ok , as such initial training is good at NAARM but implementation is not as per ,what we are exposed to during training, job security is fine, salary and apparaisal are just ok however apparaisal needs modification it should be as per the duties assigmed and place of posting, travel part is fine and there is learning and work environment if placed in proper working group.Their is oppertunity for innovation, and work -life balance can be maintained during service...Read More

I have moved with highly educated Agricultural Scientists in the field of Crop Sciences, Anumal Sciences, Dairy Technology and Animal Nutrition Scientists, Agricultural Engineering Scientists, Horticulture Scientists, Oceonography Scientists under Government Of India at Central Water And Power Research Station under the Ministry Of Water Resources as a Chief Administrative Officer(On Deputation).
