As there is no additional workload beyond business hours, SGT University offers a great work-life balance. The Management will encourage you to work hard and are really supportive of the employees. The Admissions division is fun place to work at, as everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and approachable.

Unprofessional work culture. You will regret working here. No bonus,no gratuity,no leave encashment. They will cut your salary for no reason. They will charge transport charges if you are not traveling also. If you will have one day lunch they will cut for the month.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn most of the things on the job. I got a chance to be a multiple hack and that help me taste of different roles in the company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
