Salary and Appraisal is good, you will receive salary on time.Suppotive team.

Dislikes

Over pressure for work. They will provide you daily basis targets and you have to fullfill all the targets else next morning your manager will shout on you in the morning hurdles. (Daily Targets eg- Effective calls, video meetings, pre renewal, Renewal calls, Renewal meetings, physical renewal meetings for the sales team and Tickets) Apart from this all you need to maintain your CMR, CMR+1, +2 and +3 as well....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
