Likes

Good for fresher but after 3-4 yrs no actual learning opportunity. CTO and Architect they don't want to learn and move to new technology if the legacy is working. No one is technically sound just everyone writes the code way they want. No architecture no design pattern nothing. Take your decision.

Dislikes

6D working. NO PERKS NO CULTURE. NO BENEFITS. NO HR POLICY. NOT A EMPLOYEE CENTRIC COMPANY. THEY CAN CALL YOU TO WORK IN PANDEMIC ALSO BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO WORK IN FRONT OF THEM. NOTE TO COMPANY, PLEASE BRING SOME CULTURE AND EXPERIENCE IN YOUR OFFICE.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
