Team mates are supportive, spacious cafeteria. Good startup for freshers.

There is a lot of politics no doubt. Career growth is fast but salary is very low. You have to serve 2 months after resignation which is very long. They have salary cuts for last 3 months without any transparancy. Which is definately not helping. With low salary you also suffer from pay cuts even though you are a good producer amongst all. We understand the situation totally but it's difficult to survive specially when you are an outstation candidate. That's disappoint us the most....Read More

Indialends is my first company as being a fresher they provide a proper training, buddy up, free transport, support from the senior in every movement and the company provide you the personal locker to keep your things which I like the most and cafeteria is also there with table tennis game where you can use your break time to play the game. If you talk about the support from the company during COVID-19 they provide us facilities to do work from home and the company provide us proper things like Doongal and personal laptop with the salary cut off. Later on the company has to fire the most of the employees due to lack of budget as they said they break down the relationship with the lender as the lender cannot provide the Personal Loan to anyone in the Pandemic. Overall my experience was a good in the company. I know it's going to tough for everyone to get a job in this pandemic but it's ok it can't be help and I'm ready to take a challenges....Read More

If you ask me that which I don't like about the company is when you start to making your incentive which is everyone goal they change your process which required a long time after making a proper pipeline and hard work for incentive. If you want to earn the incentive you have to make sure your quality score should be good because I've seen my many colleagues have lost their incentive just because of low quality scores. And one more things that I would like to add the company should keep the proper things in cafeteria as whenever I want to take something on that time they don't have....Read More
