There is nothing to like about this company. you can work well in a bpo rather than working in this company.

the company is baseless just selling the products of various companies by making a package that too on a higher price. it's totally fraud, not a single franchise partner or employee is happy with the management. they hire people on comission basis for every work, may it be recruitment , IT, sales any thing. It is highly technological organization. Promote the advance technology. Work culture is good. Management is highly ambitious. Lot learning opportunities available for fresher's and middle level professionals specially for those who belongs from solar energy background.

Dislikes

High level of micro management. No rewards and recognization after doing the great work or delivery something great.
