Yearly Salary appraisal is there but now due to NBFC crisis, there was no hike during my entire tenure. If you have interest in Home Loans, you can learn lot many things in Indiabulls. Employees can't maintain work-life balance during monthend. Yes, politics take place. Job security is high but now no recruitment since Sept. 2018 due to NBFC crisis. I got a supporting manager. Because of him we didn't feel work pressure. When it comes to supporting in covid19 lockdown they lay off many employees without prior notice.
