Mangers are friendly enough with their teams, no protocol to be followed for reaching the higher levels. Good learning to each of the Team memeber and a good scope to scale themselves up.

Unnecessary work pressure, making to slog most of the days, No work life balance. Most of the holidays are cancelled & make it as a working.
