Playing politics and mentally harassing the lower level officers of the company is not a good behavior with the lower level employees.... The company's incentive policies are also not good regarding the collection department

Likes

Only good thing is after working with isfc you will survive on space even without food. It's very easy to enter in KGF of Finance but you will be destroyed after resign. Daily con call, meeting and target pressure will ruined your personal life. You can't even give time to your family

Dislikes

Target pressure on each department even ib credit you have to sanction daily 2-3 cases. Your month will start from 1st and end on 31st so no leave. All sunday are working 3 days diwali leave and 1 days holi.
