Working long hours, such as 12 to 13 hour daily is common, You receive good and important task if you have connection with HOD or Senior Managers, otherwise they assign less meaningful task that hold little importance in the industry. Your connections play a crucial role in your skill development. If you leave the company before November you are required to return any received bonuses. The notice period is three months. and no exceptions are made. Opportunities for growth and learning are limited. No Leaves are granted and Pending leave days are not compensated with cash. YmPerformance bonus pay back clause: This rule is absurd and exploit employees as you have to return the performance bonus received on the basis of your last year performance if you leave the company before Nov in the year you have received bonus Sometimes company take employees on foreign trips but your name will come in the list only if you are good at buttering senior management as all the senior head will go who can afford such trips regularly but junior employees or vintage employees will not get any chance to go on such trips HR is quite pathetic usually teams itself search and hire candidates on their own and even at the time of joining HR will not going to cordinate with you for anything except parichay program they won't going to introduce to the people or arranging laptop and other things. Nothing. They told in interview that we have 5 days working culture after joining they force you to work 7 days in a week. In offer letter they mention your Notice period 1 month after 3 or 4 months of joining they increase your notice period from 1 month to 3 months.

Dislikes

If you go to HR team for complaint for your manager or Deppt. head behaviour then they do nothing. At the end they take resign from you & give false reasons about your performance.
