1. Good unstructured company to start with if you are fresher , there would be lot of learning because you will be thrown on the ground. 2. You will gain problem solving skills because you have to face 1000 of those every day. 3. Good friendship culture , people are busy in gossip so you can join them if you don't have work. 4. 1. Few of the very senior manager team always think about their own motives , even if they earn good money still busy to count penny. No timely F&F no Gratuity no other benefits are given to poor workers for several years. 2. Developmental initiatives are gone for a toss because leaders don't know about it. 3. Leadership team earning more than they deserve without delivering such. 4. Company should invest in young talent and infuse new ideas rather than carrying old people and old processes. 5. Junior people who delivers they are the more impacted ones, if you are good performer then all responsibilities will be given on your shoulder and all other team members will be relaxed and still get all recognition.
