The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

In short it's like govt job.. they won't give any work pressure or over time work.. they provide good food for their employees.. they will accept our leave and permission when ever we need..

There are some few negative things in the company... We can't expect the appraisal on right time.. for each and every thing they have a big process... So easily we wont get solutions for our problem.. if you want to relieve from the company then u need to pay to the company or else you need to serve 90days with out any leave and permission..
