Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

In short it's like govt job.. they won't give any work pressure or over time work.. they provide good food for their employees.. they will accept our leave and permission when ever we need..

Dislikes

There are some few negative things in the company... We can't expect the appraisal on right time.. for each and every thing they have a big process... So easily we wont get solutions for our problem.. if you want to relieve from the company then u need to pay to the company or else you need to serve 90days with out any leave and permission..
