Jitu (Jitendra Patil) is the worst person you will ever meet, voh increment ni deta, voh bolta hai 11 hours kam kro, leave ni dega, work from home ni dega, HR se koi bhi permission mil hate voh ni manega, old employees new employees sath ni re sakte kyuki unhko lagta hai voh sab saach batt denge, and tum resignation bhi manoge toh bolega ki increase kro notice period, bass backlink banwegya, monthly salary bhi kam ayegi and HR is like mene toh yahi di thi sir se kuch galtii huvi hogi....Read More

The team, management, and colleagues are all very good, cooperative, very much helpful and supportive. You get to learn a lot at different levels. You have to be very much involved and active at work as sometimes you may feel work pressure but lots of learning and exposure you get.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
