India Infotech has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day and sometimes late in the night. Also, there is no-on job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The team, management, and colleagues are all very good, cooperative, very much helpful and supportive. You get to learn a lot at different levels. You have to be very much involved and active at work as sometimes you may feel work pressure but lots of learning and exposure you get.

Jitu (Jitendra Patil) is the worst person you will ever meet, voh increment ni deta, voh bolta hai 11 hours kam kro, leave ni dega, work from home ni dega, HR se koi bhi permission mil hate voh ni manega, old employees new employees sath ni re sakte kyuki unhko lagta hai voh sab saach batt denge, and tum resignation bhi manoge toh bolega ki increase kro notice period, bass backlink banwegya, monthly salary bhi kam ayegi and HR is like mene toh yahi di thi sir se kuch galtii huvi hogi.

I was on a trial period at India Infotech as SEO executive for one week. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The company lacked proper guidance, and I often felt lost due to poor communication from the management. My assigned mentor Sawan was unable to teach me what to do, and whenever I tried to clarify things, he got mad at me due to his nature. Instead of guiding me, he made the experience frustrating and unproductive. People who join a company on a trial period are there to learn and prove themselves, not to be treated as disposable workers. If someone is joining your company, treat them as humans, they deserve respect, not to be treated like beggers. A good work culture is built on mutual respect, and every new hire should be given the opportunity to grow. Overall, this trial period did not contribute much to my learning. I would advise future candidates to set clear expectations before joining. The company needs to improve its work culture and provide better guidance to new hires.
