An absolute terrible place to go work. There are no increments, learning opportunities and the top leadership is literally dictatorship. It’s a cocoon, if you like the warmth and doesn’t bother to expand your wings then it’s the right place, otherwise, worst decision of your life. Tried and tested for over an year!

Dislikes

Micromanagement, Lack of creative freedom and resources, Autocratic and no empathy. There is absolute zero work life balance and it’s a thankless place to be.

Wished to exploit my enthusiasm and experience to make the organisation more credible and noteworthy, they have no idea nor have any interest in exploring the new medium of communications and expect you to bring the results without any investment!!
