Great work culture, vibrant office environment and great people to work with. Also, job security and good to be working for a cause

Work is too much sometimes resulting into long working hours

I was managing the Administration team with key responsibilities of mentoring & motivating the team to its full potential, handling procurement for the organization, writing consultant contracts, organizing & managing events and taking care of logistics

An absolute terrible place to go work. There are no increments, learning opportunities and the top leadership is literally dictatorship. It’s a cocoon, if you like the warmth and doesn’t bother to expand your wings then it’s the right place, otherwise, worst decision of your life. Tried and tested for over an year!

Dislikes

Micromanagement, Lack of creative freedom and resources, Autocratic and no empathy. There is absolute zero work life balance and it’s a thankless place to be.

Work Details

Wished to exploit my enthusiasm and experience to make the organisation more credible and noteworthy, they have no idea nor have any interest in exploring the new medium of communications and expect you to bring the results without any investment!!

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
