At middle level growth us slow, promotions not given in spite of good sales performance every year. Their is lack of appreciation for performance of middle level, which is pain sometimes.

Work Details

I was heading business of Agro division for 14 years. I have to look after the entire speciality products for agro industries and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. It was a great learning experience here.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
