Company environment is good. Huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Management is transparent and supportive. Given good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary on time but career growth slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

yes, my job is quite interesting and comfortable. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me gat a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
