Party culture industry. No value for hardworking person.Getting promotion those people only who gaves party to HOD.and getting promotion to those only.no matter how long and how output you given. Also no command of administration on departmental activities for which politics going in the department with genuine and educated people by diploma and iti senior persons.means no equal employment.
