No Compensation & Benefits. Always, They are deducting the salary of Employees for every step which is Unfavorable to Employees. For Example, Till they are deducting 50% salary of Employees from past 4 months in this Corona pandemic period even Employees worked in the whole month. Salary cut to Late comings, Salary cut to mistakes in works, making delay to allowances, Allowances cut permission and leaves, etc....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
