Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Firstly there is no thing to like at all as I have observed these past few months.Everyone was expecting a better management. But it's way worse than before no job security for girls staff food is way worse strict duty timings and not a single thing to learn the one who teach doesnt know a single thing about food and drinks.And seniors don't appreciate their team instead they take credits of their staff.Trust Me I ignored these comments before joining and I regretted it. Please go at your own risk in balewadi.And the worse Hr team I Have ever seen for stupid and rubbish things they make a policy but for job security there is nothing at all. They just ignore it because everyone is in the same page they don't care about staff at all.And guys please if anyone is looking at it please choose a better company because this was the worst company I have ever seen.
