Nothing much. Little flexible working hours. Good leave policy.

Dislikes

They don't value employees. Especially in HR team, employees are always taken for granted. Very much baised culture and most of the work is of a postman. Very less growth opportunities. No trainings are provided.

Boring. Nothing new to learn.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
