Manager don't value an individual unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.Also there is no one job training for fresher, hence Senior folks like me have to guide then step by step,which is a pain some time

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
