Everything is a dislike for me. Management mentally torture employees and say buy company asset by your own money because company is paying so much. No SOP no processes nothing No work life and HR also bot support in this they are just useless

I love that I wasn't authorised by my previous organization to make some changes on my own but here. I'm free to make any changes and implement what I want and the best part is that I get the approval within minutes. IT support also needs support that is what I'm enjoying at INCUSPAZE SOLUTIONS
