Doesn't value hardwork, Zero motivation to work, Co-founder keeps on saying that you all can be replaced with cheaper labour instead of valuing the work one puts in.

The culture at Increff is pretty good. People are really good and approachable.

Dislikes

The management here is not good. This are really chaotic at times. And on top of it there’s no job security. You never know when you might get fired. On top of it you don’t get increments regularly or other benefits at all.

Nothing as such. The culture is utterly poor. There are hardly any activities or any group gatherings initiated. Its always about just work and work. Then there is 0 job security. you can be fired anytime even without any prior notice inspite of having good performance. Company would just call it as funding issues. The whole companyruns on lies as the CEO's keep feeding employees with false facts and wrong information about the company's situation. Working environment was good that you could peacefully sit in the office and do your work. You get lunch and snacks which is decent quality. Ultimately a good place to self learn in peace and then just move on to a better place.

- Hybrid policy & office timings is from 8.30 to 5.30 (I personally like it so we could avoid traffic) - Breakfast, lunch & snacks - Majority of the senior folks are so great as individuals. - Freshers will be able to learn things fast & gain good knowledge (may depends on the team as well)

- Micromanagement: It's so disappointing how the company changed from being so flexible towards developers to micro managing everyone. I strongly feel this should be changed. - Overhiring & Underpaying - Delayed review/appraisal/promotion cycles: We will receive the arrears, true, but delay for months effects the motivation. How canone give his/her 100% during those months? - Mass layoffs - Unnecessarily complicating the processes: We introduced extra processes at every step just so that more people get involved from a single work. Management should try to revisit & simplify the processes so that developers could concentrate more on developing rather than other stuff. Even the recurring meetings & MRMs usage should be revisited once - Fixed & Variable pay concept: They introduced concept of variable pay depending on company's performance. And there's no variable pay from last 3 quarters. Instead of this, variable should be on individual performance atleast, so it motivates hardworking folks. Or just remove variable concept for tech guys. - Decreased interview standards - Not a latest tech: We are still working on old versions of tech just because developers couldn't get atleast a sprint to upgrade stuff.
