Very professional work environment. Challenging work and approachable leadership. Very objective appraisals.

Dislikes

A little more clarity on career path (guess its been just 4 years). Leadership likes to give lot of chances to employees for success. Some take it for granted. Leadership should switch to a no nonsense mode.

The colleagues that I worked with were really great people to work with.

Dislikes

The higher management, with next to no knowledge about analytics and yet trying to go into analytics. Unbelievable expectations like "make your own regression technique". Unbelievably rude manager to deal with.

The work mainly entailed "making" data. even the concept of "making" data for dashboards is completely obnoxious,.
