Hire and Fire, no respect to people. Female employees are assaulted and passed dirty comments and management don't care if you complain. Call people for interview and humiliate, the HR people are not even good to sit at a railway station ticket counter. Dont have any etiquette. Just dont come for interview or join.Run away. HR name starting with Ra is the worst HR i have ever seen in my life. No coordination, no respect for people....Read More

Everything, Hire and Fire rule. They cry for projects to clients, dont have many client or projects. Would keep you waiting for client interview. Force you to resign before giving the offer and even after all this they dont feel guilty or mistake at all. Simply say we have so many people coming in we cannot track all the candidates progress.... LALA company....Read More

skill required for inched is politics and play games only ,no skilled required .if you know politics then you can join, you can easily spend 5-10 years there else stay from incedo. they do not have project not even in pipeline but they hire people and spoil your career. worse department is R&D, if you know jokes , comedy ,like to watch videos on youtube then join incedo R&D team, you will love it....Read More

I was working in a project ,day 1 I am listening this project will shutdown ,...... blah blah and after 6 month it become true, old employee just enjoy that period and after it they said all new employee will be fire, so better you search job.
