Appraisals are delayed, often occurring five months after the work anniversary. All employees receive the same increment, regardless of individual contributions. The company provides no group insurance or medical benefits—no sick or medical leaves, even if you are unwell. Promotions aren't based on experience or performance but on how well you communicate with your manager. Additionally, questioning higher authorities can result in sudden termination, which creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and job insecurity.
