I am working in this company from 18th July, 2018 and my client company is Cognizant. I have very bad experience with this company. They did not provide salary in correct time, I have faced this issue multiple time. There is no job security too much bad. They only discuss with client how to reduce salary by any excuse and how to terminate any employee. They did not hear his/her employee. As per his policy client is always right and employees are always wrong. Last month, they arrange 1st time get to gather call and everyone asked for hike, then they told his policy that, "we have no rights to ask hike, but you need to do extended support". I got 5 times best engineer award, but still I have no rights to ask hike. In 4 year, did not get any hike. There is too much politics, cant reach IMSI staffs easily by ph or mail. There is no chance for growth and no work satisfaction. But nowadays, they are start a good thing that appreciation certificate. Overall, Its not a professional company....Read More
