IMS people asked me to leave on very first day of lockdown. They terminate 200 to 300 employees just because they lost business for sometime. After they got business at the end of lockdown they hired new 200 employees at cheaper salary. IMS people don't believe in taking care of employees.

IMS people has asked 200 to 300 employees to leave due to covid 19 business loss, they hired new employees after lockdown at cheap salary. I think that is good strategy but not for employees.
