Actually the dislike is the process in which I am working. It is out of hours. No holidays even have to work on holidays, no enjoyment - cannot take part in any extra curricular activities, odd timings, no Indian holidays - no UK holidays. My Manager is so good but some people ruin the team by doing partiality between teammates.
