As start up they are doing good but still need some Management and basics to manage to reduce hassel of employees.

The working people are so kind and help full.

Dislikes

Don't follow working hours . Don't follow the holiday calendar . Management will keep dumping the works and workload the employee with out knowing the work status of it.
