I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Poor management, insecure work atmosphere,work culture, there is a huge work pressure, they don't have any entertainment option, company policies are not good, they give bonus in every year but not increment. Increment percentage very poor as their work pressure.
