Honest employees have to face poor increment & promotions, bad satisfaction with their job. I'm was facing bad experience in this company due poor company culture & management decisions. Worth part of the company is no-one calls it ltd. company because lower maintainance in the plant except R&D centre and some of new build plants, otherwise all old plants looks like poor or forbidden workshops.
