Market strategy plan is excellent along with customer satisfaction. Best supportive team provided and many learning session done by me. It was a great pleasure for me. The working culture and and customer priority is best part of company.
Dislikes
The work pressure is very high some time sometimes I have work to 12 to 14 hours. The main motto of company is customer satisfaction and dealer profitability so that they don't want to push us positively in right way.

I am working as sales manager in bilaspur location since last 2 years and still I getting new techniques from our RM and team but it's little bit difficult to survive because of no salary increment provided by dealer to me.
