The company promised a great exposure. It did deliver when I directly dealt with the client and resolved their issues. It instilled a sense of confidence. IQA is very lucky to have people who literally own their work and treat their project like a baby and also provide a positive atmosphere.

Dislikes

This organization is majorly interested in growing itself and lil to nil focused on employee growth. Is so invested in client support that it forgets to understand the concern of employees and don't allow to take the yearly planned leaves even. Also, if in case a person decides to leave for a better growth opportunity they make sure to ruin his/her remaining days in the company.
