Company culture is good. Employees are good. You can develop the way you work. The work pressure is not much except at the month end. One need to keep a track of his reporting and TAT.

Dislikes

Compensation is average but growth is slow

Work Details

Overall it is a good company. If you wanted to work in the area of General Insurance claims department.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
