Head of QC, a lady who threats team members if they are not able to attend weekly meeting due to more important work assigned by her. Also, she is not happy if some is taking leave for a week after 4/5 months. Micromanagement is the key to manage people. HR, QC head and R&D head, these 3 ladies often chat in the cafeteria for more than hours and thus fate of an employee, increment etc are decided. No retention policies, employees are often fired as per above mentioned trio's whim....Read More
