I think it is the best company to develop huge number of good quality monoclonal antibodies per year. All good except academic career growth. Work culture is good.

Comensation is good, but salary increment is slow, work pressure is okay but sometimes depending on my work i have to stay for 10 hours also.

when i was doing my training there... its really very good experience. I was working on molecularbiology aspecially on protein purification and learnt many things on protein there.

Everything was ok,but job opertunities is less.
