Actually before joined in imerys i was worked in small enterprises i don't know imerys is MNC company really fantastic very lucky great atmosphere between office colleagues supporting & learning a lot I want to continue forever in this company

The plant is located at remote place and there is no basics infrastructure and the shop floor employees are from local, it is very difficult to mingle with them and understand them what company protocols saying all are uneducated.

I really proud to say to have worked in Imerys group (Imerys ceramics India pvt Ltd is one of the pillars of Imerys group) but Imerys ceramics having local politics which have worked a lot for damaging career growth in the company. No positive points to mention here because its a worst company i have never ever seen.

Everything is a dislike in this company except few employees who are good. It cheats employees in many ways by showcasing it as MNC. The systems procedures are far below than a proprietary org. Very unprofessional environment. Company has not paid bonus to me and my collegues which is part of CTC. Attrition rate is 200% . Strongly recommending not to join this company
